What a WILD housing market we have right now! U.S. existing home sales rose to the highest levels since February 2024. Also, the pace of home sales in December increased by 9.3% compared to a year earlier. That’s the BIGGEST year-over-year gain since June 2021 and the largest pre-COVID increase since November 2016. Meanwhile, the US median sale price rose as well (recording the biggest annual increase since Oct 2022). In today’s video, I provide all the details including my own analysis of home sales and home prices using the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) data.
