Our goal is to help as many homeowners as possible maximize the value of their home. To qualify for the concierge renovation program, you are typically required to have at least 20% equity in their home.
Not sure how much equity you have? Just send us your address and we will perform a market analysis to determine the pre-renovated value of your home and establish your current level of equity based on any outstanding mortgages. The concierge renovation team will then create a strategic repair plan and budget. Lastly we will perform a market analysis to show you what your home could sell for once we are done with renovations.
Perform value-add improvements. Whether your home just needs a fresh coat of paint and staging or a full kitchen remodel, there are no any minimums or maximums on project size or budget.
Once your home sells, we will get paid back during escrow. You have 12 months after the renovations are completed for your home to sell - no interest, no fees, and no price mandates!

The design team will put together a strategic plan and estimate based on the latest trends, designs, and materials to prepare your home for market. From painting and cabinets, to counter tops and floors we have you covered. Staging too, of course!

Our service providers increase project turnaround by 50% compared to traditional renovations. You will have a main project manager point of contact to keep you updated on the process.
